Google Drive backup is not live multi-device sync. Local backups are free; keep a recent copy before clearing browser data or changing devices.

- Open Reflex POS and sign in. Follow the short in-app walkthrough.
- Add your shop details in Settings. Save your name, address, phone and UPI details for bills.
- Choose an order type on Home. Select a customer, add the items and record the payment.
- Manage it from Orders. Update the status, collect the balance or print the bill.
- Download a local backup. Make regular backups part of your shop routine.
Before you start
Is there a limit on free bills?
No. The Free Forever plan has no weekly bill cap. Everyday billing, customer records, basic products and local backup remain free.
What happens when the trial ends?
You can keep using free features. Pro reports, analytics, campaigns and Google Drive backup require an active paid plan after the trial.
Can I use it offline?
After initial sign-in and setup, you can work with locally stored data on the same browser. Sign-in, activation, Google Drive backup and other online services need an internet connection.
